If you do, when a target is affected by one of these items, the effect occurs again at the start of each of its turns. This effect does not include splash damage. the effect ends on a flat DC 13 check.

You’ve learned much of what make a poison work on the journey to this point. Once per day when you make a alchemical consumable elixir with a flat check to end, you can choose to make the flat check a 20. If a target is missed or this dose is destroyed, you can create another. When this affects a target, you can not make another this day.
