Had this come up in my weekend game.
Practiced Certainty Feat 1
General
Practice makes perfect. When you spend a hero point, instead of rerolling the die, you can instead add an untyped bonus equal to half your proficiency bonus.

I think detect magic should get a bit more love from the schools that can cast it. Let’s fix up the Arcane Senses feat a bit.
General Skill
Prerequisites expert in divine, occult, or primal
Magic bleeds from one tradition to another.. You can cast 1st-level detect magic at will as an innate spell. If you’re a legendary in a chosen skill, the spell is heightened to 3rd level
My brother is SUPER mad when he uses a heropoint and he fails. Let’s cushion that blow.
General
You’re a hero, so how can you miss!? When you fail a roll, use a hero point to reroll, and fail, you regain that hero point. You can not use this again for an hour in game time.

Somedays you just suck at rolling.
General
Prerequisites expert in Perception
Your near preternatural senses sometimes save you. When you roll a Perception check for Initiative and your dice roll is under 5, you can reroll the check taking the second result.
Time to look back on your day.
General
Spending a bit of time looking back can make you better. Before a rest, you can spend 30 minutes to review the day. Choose a die roll you failed at the day before. After your rest, when you attempt that same roll, you can choose to gain a +1 circumstance bonus to that roll. You can do this a number of times equal to your intelligence modifier, minimum 1.

Had a blast playing with the family and this idea come up.
General
When you roll damage for a weapon attack using a rune to add damage dice and at least two dice show the same number, roll an additional damage die and add it to the total.
More fun right out of the gate.
General
If you hit hard enough in round one, there is no round two. You gain a +2 circumstance bonus to attack rolls and skill checks in your first round of combat. This starts at the start of your turn and end at the end of your turn.

Ok, one list luck feat-now for Pathfinder 2nd Ed!
General
You always are a boon to those around you! When you or another creature within 30 feet of you spend an hero point, that reroll gains a +2 status bonus.

Why not try again?
General Skill
Trigger You fail or critically fail a skill check.
You recognize your failure and hopefully correct just in time! When you fail a skill check, you can reroll that check accepting the second results. You can not use this reaction for one day.
