I was thinking about this while fixing my wife’s computer, I think its a nice feat for Pathfinder, 4e, and DnD next.  Maybe even Arcanis…

 

Four fingered lucky mine defuser-feat-you might not be the most pretty, but you’re lucky!-Add 3 to the range of a missed disable device or equivalent check.  ie the trap will not go off if you miss a disable device check by up to 7 in Pathfinder

Smooth Manipulator-Feat-Whenever you make a social skill check to improve your relationship with another person, you improve your relationship one additional step.

Ideas from my wife for pathfinder
Quite casting-feat-if you are hidden at the start of a spell you may make a stealth check opposed by perception. If you win this check, you cast the spell and remain hidden from all opponents. Anyone affected my the spell is flat footed to its effects.

A nice teamwork on this one!

This came up in our game yesterday. This is pretty system neutral. Something to help when you need a feat….

Family history-feat-you may add a single trait to your character. This feat does not add any abilities of that origin to your character. For example a half-Orc may add fey to his character to qualify for feats.

Intensive training-Pathfinder feat-you may take this feat multiple times.  For every two times you take this feat, permanently increase one of your stats by one.  This increases your stats as if you had gained four levels and does not have a named bonus.

Injury and the daily punch 12-10-12

Stabbed my foot today and it gave me an idea for pathfinder and Arcanis

Flaw or negative feat
When you suffer a critical hit, in addition to all other effects your movement speed is reduced by half for 24 hours or until a spell like remove affliction or restoration cast on you.  If you suffer another critical hit while effected by this feat your movement speed becomes 5ft.  If you take this feat/flaw then you gain an additional feat.

Effect:  while under the spell, the target is in a stupor of inaction.  To take its turn as normal, the target must make an additional will saving throw until the spell ends.  The target will still act normality out of turn ( ie. Opportunity actions etc).

Its a little late, but here is the flip side of yesterdays feat

Spell Bravado [Metamagic] This megamagic feat may be applied to any spell that you cast as you cast it, but the spell must have level dependent components.  You may voluntarily drop the save DC of your spell by 1 to increase your caster level for spell dependent effects (ie. damage dice, length of effect etc.) by 1.

DESCRIPTION

Least Death’s Call snuffs out the life force of  one living creatures, killing it instantly. The spell slays 1 HD worth of living creatures per caster level (maximum 10 HD).  No creature of 10 or more HD can be affected, and HD that are not sufficient to affect the creature are wasted.

EFFECT

Range medium (100 ft. + 10 ft./level)
Targets one  creature per three levels, no two of which may be more than 30 ft. apart, may target constructs and non-living things normally not subject to mind-affecting spells
Duration  1 round/level (D)
Saving Throw will; Spell Resistance yes

DESCRIPTION

Any target subject to this spell is filled with an unnatural hunger for anything near by.  The target will attempt to eat any creature around it attacking the nearest creature with bite attacks until no more creatures other creatures are around it.  After killing one other creature but other targets are within 30 feet, the target is given another will save to end the effect.  If it fails the will save, the creature makes another will save and on a fail will attack the nearest creature in range.  If it passes the second will save, the creature eats the body of the fallen creature until the effect ends.
