More fun with DnD Next.  How about a feat to give other classes a bit of expertise?

 

Practiced Focus  or  Skill Focus

You’ve spent time honing your abilities to a razors edge

You gain a +3 bonus on all skills with which you are proficient.  This bonus stacks with you proficiency bonus, but does not stack with the rogue’s expertise ability.
