There is a feat for adding to stealth, but how about one for adding stealth?
Stealthy
You have become a master of being hidden.
–increase your dexterity by 1to a maximum of 20.
-You gain proficiency in Stealth, or if you are already proficient in Stealth gain a +3 to your stealth checks.
Thoughts?
I feel like a +x bonus is a step back to the previous edition (3.x !!). Advantage or doubling the proficiency bonus is more in line with the DD5 rules.
I was wondering if flat advantage would be too powerful for this. Would you never take this feat if it gave you advantage?
Expertise bonus on Stealth ? like the rogue ?
I thought that if you really wanted to focus on stealth, a feat would work. I haven’t seen skill focus yet, so this was my thoughts on it. I’m also considering adding half your proficiency bonus to the skill instead.
