The best way to heal is to make sure you never get hurt!. When casting this spell, roll Sorcery + Magic with a threshold of (5 – Essence). For each net hit, reduce the next point of damage by that amount and end the spell. Stopping sustaining the spell also ends the effect and does not prevent any damage. Additional damage is lost if not prevented. Only one application of Preventative Care can be applied at a time, but damage not prevented by this spell can be healed as normal.
