Daily Punch 8-5-14 Spell Guarantee feat for Pathfinder

I just did one like this for Shadowrun, how about one for Pathfinder.

 

Spell Guarantee

Why gamble on a spell, when its hard for you to miss their mark.

Benefit:When you target a creature with a spell that allows for a saving throw, the target must beat the DC save of your spell rather than match the DC to save against the effect.
