How about giving a helping hand in DnD 5e? I don’t see enough people using the aid another for advantage rule. Let’s make a feat to help with that.

You work for the good of the team. As a bonus action, you can now the aid another action.

This um….already exists? Its defined as the “Help” action that you can take instead of an attack.
It does, but this would give you a bonus action to do the aid action. Since you can only have one bonus action a turn, this would allow you to make an attack and, as a bonus action, help a friend. I think giving the bonus action is enough to limit the awesome power of this feat.
When something is a bonus action, it means it does not take as long as an action or the PC is that quick to perform the action.
