How about a quick idea for DnD 5e?

Light Armor Master

Prerequisite: Proficiency with light armor

You learn how to better move in flexible armor. You gain the following benefits:

  • Increase your Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
  • While you are wearing light armor, gain a + 3. bonus to Dexterity(stealth) and Dexterity(acrobatics) checks.
